Features:

Working Principle
The whole machine adopts stainless steel SUS304 with thickness of above 3 mm.
a. The knife shaft is driven by a motor (435 rpm). Put the raw meat into the channel, pushed by the cylinder, the raw meat is sliced .
1.Frozen meat of 0-25g and -18℃-0℃ can be directly cut into slice.
2. Need not thaw, avoid pollution and nurturance lost at negative catalysis process.
3. Ensure fresh of the meat stuffing.
4. Icing and refrigeration process can be deleted, thus reduce user's refrigeration fee.
5. Power: 11 KW., external dimension：2420×1060×1150mm.
Application
