Key parts produced by machine center with high precision. All of pump, impeller and blade have adopted the special heat treatment technique, highly smooth surface, easily to be cleaned up.
Man-machine interface, servomotor, decelerator, PLC controller are all imported products. Vacuum degree can be reached -0.1Mpa.
The machine can link with auto sausage hanging machine and high-speed sausage length controller.
The whole machine adopts SUS304 plate. Unique exterior design and surface processing technique.
The machine adopts blades stuffing mode, material under vacuum state pushed out the material to the filling tube by the rotating blades to complete filling. Control the quantitification by the intersection angle.
Suitable for filing all kinds of sausages, install twisting device can fill Taiwan sausage, kiss sausage and nature casing products.
The Vacuum System mainly consists of vacuum pump, inflation valve, digital vacuum detector, vacuum pipe, vacuum storage silo, etc. The original model is not equipped with this system.
This system can protect the vacuum pump from water and impurity getting into when cleaning the equipment.
Theory: When the digital vacuum detector found water or other impurity, it will output the signal, then the vacuum pump will stop work and transfer the signal to inflation valve to relief pressure. This device came into introduction and use on Apr. 10th, 2015, and won the Patent (ZL.2015 2 0213590.6) on Oct. 7th, 2015.
Driver: The filling motor adopts Siemens V90-3.5KW, the twister motor adopts Siemens V90-1.5KW. The original model adopts filling motor 3KW, and twister motor driver with Siemens 1.5KW. After changing the motor driver, the drive power is much bigger, which increases the stability of the equipment.
The interface adopts Siemens KP700 (European standard) Series. User can buy it everywhere in the world.
