Operation

1、 Put the machine smoothly on the workbench.

2、 Connected the air source.

3、 Put the U type clipper into the orbital.

4、 With both hands will be ready to seal the casing in the lower die machine, and put the casing end to the middle of the pull chuck. 

5、 Press the press rod (3) by left hand finger to finish clipping and cutting.

6、 Pull out the sealed product by right hand.

7、 If there is no cutting, then please close the air pipe exhausting valve.

Clipping pressure adjustment

1、Loose the handle (28) anti-clockwise.

2、Move the handle（28）left or right.

3、Enjector (23) position will change up or down, then the clipping pressure will change accordingly.

Notice and maintenance

1、 Pay attention to personal safety during operation, must not touch action parts, in case of failure, must cut off the gas source, and troubleshooting.

2、 Do not let the machine running empty for test，avoid damage to the enjector rod and down mold.

3、 Must be in accordance with the operating rule.

4、 After long time use, must clean and scrub the guiding groove in which the enjector rod sliding.

5、 After using the machine, clean up in time.
